Refund policy

Returns
We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Menstrual cups
- Skincare and serum products
- Any product that comes into direct skin/body contact

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange an item for a different size or variant, subject to availability. Contact us at support@glowingwomen.com to start an exchange.
